In making up the rate structure for rental of our accommodation we have tried to satisfy the needs of all who wish to stay with us, whether guests looking to make our accommodation a base for your entire vacation, or those who may wish to use the accommodation for a ‘short stay’. The minimum no of nights for rental purposes is two nights.

Included with the other facilities provided, guests will find a booklet we have compiled, in all accommodation, listing information to help you enjoy your holiday including a comprehensive list of things to do and see and advice to negate the worry about where to buy provisions, find quality local restaurants or use basic Czech phrases.

Bedding and towels are supplied as part of the rental cost but guests are expected to pay for utilities used during their stay. We believe, in so doing, we are encouraging guests to be aware of the environment and their 'Carbon Footprint'. Arrival and departure times are negotiable dependant on other bookings. Full information about payment terms and how to find the accommodation will be advised to guests upon written receipt of a booking.

We operate a no smoking policy in all our accommodation
