This holiday cottage is set in its own grounds of some 500sq metres near to lake Velke Darko and is bordered by a forest, offering peace and privacy in a relaxing natural environment. It is within 100m of separate fishing and sailing lakes and lies at the heart of the regions walking and cycling trails. The area offers peace and comfort for holidays with children and also a variety of sports ranging from golf, cycling, sailing and windsurfing to swimming, tennis, fishing and mushroom picking.

Built in 1995 in traditional Czech style the cottage accommodation is comfortably equipped and includes an outside barbeque. It has a Hi-Fi system, games, books and garden furniture to help our visitors relax around the cottage and enjoy their Czech Republic holiday. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with a traditional Czech tiled stove and a fully equipped dining kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower and hot and cold running water. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms providing comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to six people. A cot or bed setee is also available for young children.

We offer the hire of a range of gents and ladies cycles for the duration of vacations at our properties. Shopping, renowned restaurants and entertainment can be found at both the nearby villages of Skrdlovice and Polnicka or in the former district town of Zdar nad Sazavou [6 km away].
